About My Clients
I work with a diverse population that includes adolescences and adults. I am a strength- based person- centered therapist. I work with clients struggling with addiction, relationships, depression, anxiety and adjusting to issues that may be happening in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am goal oriented and use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions focused and choice theory. I am certified in grief, trauma, and EMDR trained.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all struggle sometimes, and this does not mean you are crazy. Life happens and sometimes, we feel overwhelmed and confused. I believe it is important for you to have a safe space to express your thoughts and emotions. I believe it is my job to give you my full attention and listen. I also believe that I can offer a different perspective and give you some tips and tools that you can use in your life.
