About My Clients

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationships challenges, stress, PTSD, transitions, spiritual abuse and trauma, and self esteem issues. I work with clients that have been diagnosed or suspect a diagnosis of neurodivergence, such as ADHD and/or autism. I strive to provide a safe space that supports, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and all people.

My Background and Approach

I partner with clients to bring awareness to the influences that have shaped the identities out of which they have been living. For deeply internalized messages, I utilize CBT techniques and mindfulness exercises, to help reframe the messages that individuals have often accepted as truth over a lifetime.I help adults and couples of all genders navigate trauma, neurodivergence, and complex relationships. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and affirming, using CBT, feminist theory, family systems, and the Enneagram as a tool for self-understanding. Together, we focus on building self-trust, autonomy, and strategies that fit your life, helping you feel empowered and navigate challenges with clarity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to be seen and heard. Therapy is about honoring your experiences, reclaiming your strengths, building self-trust, and creating tools that actually work for your life—at your own pace.
