I have experience in helping individuals work through varied challenges, to include limited motivation, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety and more. I believe that you are the expert of your story...you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the aspects that challenge you. I am available for scheduling on the following platforms: BetterHelp, Grow Therapy, TalkSpace and Headway (different platforms are available depending on insurance or self-pay needs).
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional direct care work experience and an additional 6 years of administrative work experience in both mental health and substance abuse treatment.
