About My Clients
I specialize in women's mental health helping women with codependency, narcissistic and emotional abuse, attachment issues, low self-esteem and difficulties with being assertive and having healthy boundaries. I also understand issues related to being an empath, or highly sensitive person, and how to live with energy and passion and avoid burn-out. My main goal is teaching women to feel empowered in their lives and how to have healthy, supportive relationships with others and themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am a holistic psychotherapist with 19 years experience and additional training and background in yoga, meditation, hypnosis and energy healing. Using several therapy techniques, as well as my own life experience and healing journey, I am skilled at helping you gain clarity in your life and a better understanding of what you truly want and need and how to create that change. I provide a nurturing, yet honest and direct atmosphere for you to uncover your authentic voice, dreams and desires as well as gain practical, real-life solutions you can use today to meet life’s challenges. I believe our bodies hold a tremendous amount of wisdom, as well as pain and trauma, and give us clues to what we need if we are willing to listen. Therefore, I also work with you to understand your own body and inner wisdom to empower you and to create real and lasting change. Whether you are facing relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, loss or burn-out, there is always hope and a way out.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe women face specific challenges throughout their lives that go unnoticed, unsupported and undervalued and that they need more spaces to be seen, heard and encouraged. My passion about women's empowerment led me to write a book about this matter and to focus my practice on helping women to understand themselves, their bodies, how to have healthy relationships and how to feel empowered and assertive in their own lives. Women are a key to bringing balance into our world and to healing toxicity, violence and injustice, but to do this, we need guidance, encouragement and support and to understand how to set boundaries, release long-standing patterns of guilt, shame and trauma and to embrace our own divine feminine power.
