I identify as a holistic, integrative therapist. I utilize a variety of mindfulness, cognitive, somatic and attachment-based techniques that aim to reconnect the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is empathetic, genuine, and client-centered. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a key component in the healing process; therefore, I am committed to holding a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space for you. My areas of focus are PTSD, trauma related to narcissistic abuse, codependency, identity formation, self-esteem issues/self-betrayal, life transitions, and relationship issues. Along with being an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a certified clinical trauma counselor and a Ph.D. student in Mind-Body Medicine.
