About My Clients

I support teens, young adults, and adults navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. I’m especially attuned to first responders and their families facing unique stressors. I also hold space for the deep grief that comes with losing a beloved pet.

My Background and Approach

I am a therapist grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-based approaches, which means we’ll focus on building practical skills for handling difficult thoughts and emotions while also understanding how your relationships and early experiences shape your patterns today. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and neurodivergence, including clients adjusting to new diagnoses and exploring what it means for their lives. I also have experience supporting first responders and their families in managing high-stress environments, burnout, and the emotional toll of the work. In addition, I support clients through grief, including the often overlooked but deeply painful loss of a beloved pet. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move toward what matters most to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when it is grounded in authenticity, respect, and genuine human connection. My approach is rooted in the belief that people are not “broken” or problems to be fixed, but individuals doing their best to navigate complex lives, relationships, and systems. I value creating a space where clients feel safe to show up as they are without judgment, pressure, or expectation. I am especially committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals in understanding and honoring how their brains work, rather than trying to force themselves into narrow definitions of “normal.” I also hold deep respect for the emotional weight carried by first responders and their families, and the often-unseen grief that can come with caregiving roles, high-stress work, and loss—including the loss of a beloved pet. My work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and a belief in equity, dignity, and care for people in all stages of healing.
