About My Clients
Clients come to me looking for a compassionate therapist who understands the ups and downs of parenting. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe and accepted. Sessions with me are conveniently held online for 50-minutes. Together we define and refine your goals for therapy and the path to get there. We always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be. I practice from a gender-affirming & feminist model that supports your unique journey.
My Background and Approach

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All parents need our support, especially those who suffer disproportionately from childbirth trauma, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression. I'm an active member of Postpartum Support International, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and also volunteer with The Powerful Project - a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health services to families in need.
