About My Clients
You may be the person everyone relies on—the one who gets things done while quietly carrying stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults, especially introverts and highly sensitive people, who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, better understand what’s beneath the surface, and move toward a life that feels calmer, more intentional, and more like you.
How I Can Help You
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in the business and technology world, giving me firsthand insight into the pressures of demanding careers, caregiving, and burnout. Together, we’ll build insight, self-compassion, and tools for meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop new coping skills, and make choices that align with their values. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about reconnecting with who you are beneath the expectations, stress, and self-criticism.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I believe every person deserves a space where they can be fully themselves without judgment. Many of my clients have spent years taking care of others, meeting expectations, or believing they should simply “push through.” Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, become more curious about your experiences, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I value authenticity, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, a major life transition, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. If you’re looking for a warm, thoughtful therapist, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
