About My Clients
I work with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, and tense family dynamics. I create a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to deepen your understanding of your emotional world. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, or strained by relationships, I help you build insight, coping tools, and resilience so you feel more grounded and connected to yourself. Together we’ll build a life aligned with who you really are.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have a background in early childhood education, which has allowed me to approach clients with a grounded and developmentally informed lens. During my clinical training at Pepperdine, I provided school-based therapy to children in grades one through eight through a nonprofit counseling organization. I worked closely with children and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This role allowed me to collaborate with parents, teachers, and medical providers to support the child’s emotional world within a broader system. I developed a flexible clinical style that integrates CBT, psychodynamic theory, attachment-based interventions, family systems, and mindfulness practices. I believe the most effective therapy is grounded in presence, tailored to the individual, and guided by attunement to both developmental context and lived experience.
