I specialize in supporting teens & adults who are looking to challenge anxious/racing thoughts, work through difficult relationship dynamics, cope with body image or eating concerns, and process life transitions in order to stay connected to the present moment, identify their values, and live into their authentic sense of self.
My Background and Approach
Using a variety of techniques borrowed from DBT, mindfulness-based CBT, and compassion-focused therapy, I am passionate about leading individuals on a journey of deep self-exploration, helping them uncover their true values and potential for growth. My approach is person-centered & trauma-informed, individualized by client to meet each individual where they are, with openness and respect for their whole self. I value humility, humor, and genuineness within my sessions, as well as building a therapeutic relationship based on support, non-judgment, warmth, and authentic connection.
