About My Clients

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and questions of identity or purpose. Many of my clients are professionals, executives, creatives, and leaders who feel capable outwardly but stuck internally or relationally. Therapy offers space for greater clarity, stronger relationships, and meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and families through relational and emotional challenges. My work focuses on anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, work stress, and building deeper connection with self and others. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and highly individualized. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and evidence-based therapies depending on each client’s needs. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work to better understand patterns, create insight, and support lasting change in daily life and relationships. I aim to offer a grounded, confidential space where clients can feel understood, challenged, and supported in meaningful growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in trust. My work is rooted in curiosity, respect, and the belief that meaningful change begins with deeper self-understanding and honest conversation. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, and strive to create a thoughtful, inclusive, and respectful space for each person’s unique story.
