About My Clients
My clients are adults navigating relationships, life transitions, and anxiety. They're ready for change but may not know where to start. They want practical tools, not just insight. They're looking for a warm, judgment-free space where they feel heard and supported — including members of the LGBTQ+ community. If you're tired of feeling stuck and ready to take the next step, you're in the right place.
My Background and Approach
Over the past several years, I've been refining a toolkit of techniques to help clients find real, lasting relief. My goal is for you to leave with at least five tools you can use anywhere, anytime — discreet exercises that create quick calm no matter where you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. We'll work together toward concrete goals at a pace that feels right for you, starting with what's happening right now and building from there. Together we'll explore what's going on in your brain and body when anxiety takes over, and how to get back in control of both your thoughts and your physical response. You'll leave each session with practical skills you can carry with you always.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can change and grow at any point in life — there's no limit to human capacity. Many struggles in relationships and life transitions come from patterns of thinking and behavior we've picked up over time. What was learned can be unlearned. Using CBT, I help adults identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with healthier ones. I offer a welcoming, affirming space for everyone, including the LGBTQ+ community, and I provide low-fee sessions because quality mental health care should be accessible to all.
