I draw on evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches are tailored to your unique needs and goals, and always delivered with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
