About My Clients
My clients often come to me feeling stuck. Managing on the outside, but overwhelmed on the inside, whether that's from chronic pain and illness, a major life change, or the pressure of holding everything together. They rarely come looking for someone to tell them to think more positively. They've tried that. They come wanting a space to honestly reckon with what's changed, figure out what still matters, and start building something meaningful from where they actually are.
My Background and Approach
I work primarily from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework. The work is less about fixing what's wrong and more about learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, so you can move toward what actually matters, even when discomfort or old patterns show up. I'm a former collegiate athlete and Army Infantry Officer who came to this work after over a decade in corporate and healthcare leadership, including firsthand experience with chronic pain. That background shapes how I show up in the room, grounded, direct, and genuinely curious about what matters to you. Reach out and let's find out if we're a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My specialties span two groups that I work closely with: people managing anxiety, self-criticism, or burnout, and people rebuilding their sense of self after chronic pain, injury, or illness. Both benefit from the same core work: learning to hold difficulty without letting it run the show.
