About My Clients
Are you carrying something heavy and not sure where to begin? Craving clarity, healing, or room to breathe? Wondering what it would feel like to have someone not “fix” you but to walk with you? If so, you’re in the right place and you don’t have to sort through everything on your own!
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that everything in our lives is connected—our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, environment, and physical wellbeing. In therapy together, we’ll explore your experiences, patterns, untangle the thoughts that keep circling, and find practical ways for you to feel more connected to yourself. Your goals and your voice will always guide our work. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University and my Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University. I’ve worked in psychiatric hospitals, disability services, employment support, schools, and various nonprofits. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, culturally aware perspective and deepened my commitment to practicing sex-positive and trauma-informed therapy.
