About My Clients
Maybe you’ve been exploring your queerness, questioning whether you might be neurodivergent, or facing internal conflict between how you identify and its intersectionality with your familial, cultural, and/or religious values. Perhaps you’ve been in a traumatic, abusive relationship or been victimized by your ex after the breakup. No matter what you find yourself navigating, I’m here, I’m Queer, and I’m glad you found me!
My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with clients who are learning to navigate their queerness, ADHD, autism, PTSD, depression, and racial identity. I approach therapy with the belief that positive change occurs when you are in a protected and non-judgmental environment. My role is not to tell you to “do something”, but rather create a space where you can be your most authentic self. Through genuine collaboration we can explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and develop meaningful changes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that our cultural background shapes who we are as individuals. As humans, we are multidimensional. There is so much nuance to having multiple cultural identities and often times, they may all have different beliefs, morals, and values. I strive to make therapy a welcoming place for everyone to share their own thoughts and opinions without fear of being shamed.
