My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and EMDR. Yoga, meditation, and movement therapy will also be incorporated for those clientele that seek to embody the mind and body connection. EMDR has not only helped me change the lives of my clients, but it has also helped me overcome my own trauma. I value mindfulness-based therapy to bring further awareness to self, the true, inner self.
