About My Clients
You may be new to therapy or looking to reconnect with a caring therapist as you navigate challenges in your life. I work effectively and collaboratively with diverse clients living with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and systemic oppression, using a social justice lens. As a systems therapist, I am trained to work with individuals, intimate partners, and families. I provide a safe and caring space for clients who are ready to start exploring their goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in treating individuals, intimate partners, children, and families who are living with: depression, anxiety, trauma, systemic oppression, relational distress and dissatisfaction.
