About My Clients
I walk alongside people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—often due to anxiety, trauma, family stress, or painful relationship patterns. I specialize in supporting those navigating trauma, shame, disconnection, & painful cycles that feel hard to break, & I pay close attention to your unique story & the relationships that have shaped you. Above all, my goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen & supported.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Intern. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and my B.A. in Psychology from Concordia University, Irvine. My training emphasizes relational and attachment-based therapy, with an integrative foundation that includes psychodynamic and family systems perspectives. So often, psychological and relational struggles are connected to earlier experiences—moments when your needs weren’t met, relationships that left you hurt, or stories about yourself that you’ve held onto for years. In therapy, we’ll slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and build tools for regulation and connection. I also incorporate inner child work and body-based awareness to support healing. My goal is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported in creating lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in safe relationships. I value warmth, honesty, and a nonjudgmental space where clients can be fully human. I’m committed to culturally responsive care and ongoing learning, and I strive to meet each person with dignity, curiosity, and compassion. I welcome clients of diverse backgrounds and identities, and I aim to create therapy that feels grounded, collaborative, and empowering.
