About My Clients
Life feels heavy right now. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to “just deal” with everything on your own. You might be carrying old wounds, feeling anxious or down, or using substances, food, or other habits to cope. You’re not broken—you’re just tired of navigating all of this by yourself. Therapy can be a place to take a breath, feel supported, and finally start untangling what’s been weighing you down.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself—no need to have it all figured out. We’ll work at your pace to explore what’s really going on underneath the stress, shame, or overwhelm. I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and tools from trauma-informed techniques. You bring yourself, just as you are. We’ll figure out the rest together. Our work together isn’t about quick fixes or judgment—it’s about helping you feel more grounded, understood, and empowered. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Fat, Queer, Non-Binary clinician, I know the power that lived experience can bring to a session. I believe you are more than a diagnosis, body size, or who you love. I treat each client as an individual with a rich history of stories to share. As a white Social Worker I hold space for the harm Social Work has caused to the global majority . I work to dismantle these ideas in my practice.
