I find that people come to therapy to address different issues while also searching for a feeling of wholeness and self-acceptance. In our work together, we will explore areas in your life where you may feel stuck/powerless, break through old behavioral patterns that no longer serve you, explore your attachment style and how this influences your relationships, and help you develop a deeper level of trust and connection with yourself.
My Background and Approach
Starting your therapeutic journey can be both empowering and scary - I've been there! In my own experience, you will know when you have found the right therapist when you feel like you can really be yourself in sessions. This is when healing begins! I believe that healing can only happen in relation with another person who can reflect a deep understanding of who you are and validate your experiences. As your therapist, I will join you in your journey by helping guide you towards opportunities for a deeper understanding of who you are and help you work through past experiences in order to create opportunities growth and healing. I believe therapy can be a beneficial resource for anyone. Therapy can provide us with the skills and resources we lack to heal our innermost selves. When we do, we are free to live our lives authentically and unapologetically.
