About My Clients
I work with adults who grew up with narcissistic parents or have experienced narcissistic relationships and are now ready to heal. My ideal clients are those who feel stuck in cycles of guilt, self-doubt, or people-pleasing and want a safe space to share, connect, and learn new tools. If you’re seeking validation, community, and guidance as you rebuild your self-worth and boundaries, you’ll feel right at home here.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized experience supporting individuals who have lived through the lasting impact of narcissistic family dynamics and relationships. Over the years, I’ve helped clients navigate issues such as boundary-setting, people-pleasing, inner child healing, self-worth, and the grief that often comes from realizing a parent or partner cannot love in the way you deserved. My background allows me to not only provide tools and strategies, but also to hold a safe, validating space where you can feel understood without judgment. I created Let’s Heal because I believe that community is powerful in recovery. Hearing “me too” can be just as transformative as learning new coping skills. In my group, you’ll benefit from structured guidance, a supportive environment, and the chance to connect with others who truly get it. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice, rebuild your confidence, and move forward with hope and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At my core, I believe healing happens in safe, supportive community spaces where people can show up as their full, authentic selves. I value compassion, inclusivity, and empowerment. I want every client to feel seen, heard, and respected in their story. I’m passionate about breaking cycles of generational trauma, uplifting voices that have been silenced, and creating spaces where people can rebuild trust in themselves and others. I support causes that align with mental health awareness, social justice, and equity. I stand with movements that fight for dignity, belonging, and fairness, and I believe that everyone deserves access to healing without shame or stigma. Outside of my work, I love connecting with others through storytelling, creativity, and community-building. All of this informs how I show up as a facilitator: human first, counselor second.
