About My Clients
My clients are those struggling with balance. They often find themselves empty because they are filling other's plates first. Or find themselves always walking on eggshells around others. Boundaries may be nonexistent or difficult to hold. My clients may find it challenging to know or identify themselves. Together we can work to cultivate boundaries and get to know yourself.
My Background and Approach
I understand that navigating relationships can be challenging and overwhelming, and I am committed to helping my clients find healing and develop healthier patterns of interaction. My approach to therapy is informed by a combination of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that every individual has a unique story and that therapy can help them identify and change negative patterns of thinking and behavior. I focus on helping them identify and process patterns. I help clients understand how their own behavior and thought patterns may be contributing to their relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to develop new coping strategies and boundaries to help them navigate these relationships in healthy and empowered ways.

I believe that balance can be achieved in a way that makes our lives fulfilling. I am passionate about helping clients heal and grow, and am dedicated to supporting them on their journey towards greater emotional well-being and fulfilling relationships.
