My Background and Approach
I specialize in trauma therapy and dual diagnosis, supporting clients who feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, chronic stress, or survival-based coping strategies. These patterns often develop for a reason—but over time, they can begin to feel limiting or misaligned with the life you want to live. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in honesty, with room for humor and real-life relatability along the way. Healing unfolds at a pace that feels manageable and empowering—not rushed or overwhelming. Using EMDR therapy and other evidence-based practices, I help clients process traumatic experiences, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of safety, self-trust, and empowerment. I offer fully virtual therapy for adults age 18 and older throughout Oregon. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing feels possible and change feels sustainable.
