About My Clients
I love working with people who want an integrative approach to brain health and overall wellness. My clients want to cope better, drink less, or shift unhelpful or unhealthy lifestyle habits that are keeping them stuck and feeling like crap. As a licensed clinical social worker and a board-certified health coach, I incorporate neuroscience, spirituality, mindfulness, and nutrition to support mental health recovery and alcohol sobriety.
