About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns but want something to change. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, or the lingering impact of past experiences. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected from the people you love, or unsure how things ended up this way. Maybe conversations turn into arguments, or maybe things go unsaid for so long that distance grows between you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means I see people and problems in the context of relationships and systems. Our experiences don’t happen in isolation—they’re shaped by the families we grow up in, the relationships we’re part of, and the environments we move through. In therapy, I help clients explore the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Often these patterns show up in how we communicate, how we protect ourselves emotionally, and how we respond when we feel hurt or misunderstood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from evidence-based models that focus on emotional awareness, communication, and relationship dynamics. Whether we’re working with an individual, couple, or family, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels heard and understood. Therapy with me isn’t about assigning blame or figuring out who’s “right.” Instead, we focus on understanding the cycle that people get caught in and finding new ways to re
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe enough to be real. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and free of judgment. I value curiosity, honesty, and the belief that people make the best decisions they can with the tools they have at the time. Therapy can be a place to build new tools, understand your story with more compassion, and move toward relationships that feel healthier and more fulfilling. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and finding ways to stay grounded and present in daily life. I also care deeply about creating inclusive spaces where people of all identities and backgrounds feel respected and supported. I believe meaningful change happens in relationships—and therapy can be one of the places where that change begins.
