I completed my EMDR training through the Francine Shapiro EMDR Training Institute in April 2025, adding to the evidence-based approaches I use to support clients struggling with depression. My therapeutic style is eclectic which allows me to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs—helping clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, heal from past trauma, and cultivate resilience. When these outdated patterns go unchallenged, they can create cycles of worry, self-doubt, and avoidance that keep us stuck. I support clients in identifying and reshaping these patterns, helping them build flexibility and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Since earning my Master’s degree in 2007, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome addictions and co-occurring disorders. My experience spans every level of care, including inpatient detox, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential treatment, and outpatient therapy.
