My Background and Approach

Therefore, therapy becomes a partnership where we create a collaborative environment to navigate life's complexities through utilization of multiple evidence-based practices. As a parent to teenagers and an immigrant, I understand the importance that attachment and culture play in each of our lives. These experiences allow me to bring unique elements into our sessions to help you understand how this influences your concerns, values, and, goals.
