About My Clients

Life can sometimes leave us feeling lost. Maybe you're coming home from work every day feeling drained, going through a breakup and unsure of what you want next, or dreading whatever tomorrow might bring. Whatever it is, you just don’t feel like yourself – and maybe you’ve never had the chance to discover who that person even is. If that feels like you, know that you're not alone in wanting more. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to reconnect with themselves and find alignment.

My Background and Approach

You are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to walk beside you, helping you see yourself from new perspectives, process your pain, and develop the skills to communicate your wants and needs. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you find your "change space"—the place where growth feels safe yet still challenges you to evolve in ways that are meaningful to you. My goal is to help you create a life that feels genuine, empowering, and meaningful—on your terms. Above all, I prioritize authenticity and safety in our work together. I want you to feel comfortable being honest and real, so that’s how I show up too – with openness, humor, and humility. My approach and our work is as unique as you, but I like to incorporate themes from IFS, narrative, and mindfulness therapy to build compassion and understanding for all the pieces of you and your story, connect to your true values and dreams.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

There are real, harmful barriers that prevent many from experiencing the safety, dignity, and prosperity they deserve. Systemic oppression profoundly impacts mental health, and while therapy alone cannot dismantle these systems, it can be a radical act of self-love and resistance. As a clinician and social worker, and one who benefits from levels of privilege, I am committed to creating space for healing and self-acceptance while supporting justice and equity within and beyond the therapeutic space. Our world imposes systems and expectations on who you should be and how you should live. In our therapeutic space, you get to show up as you are and do the work you want to do, in your own way. It’s truly an honor for me to walk this journey alongside you, working together to help you create lasting change, build self-confidence, and develop compassion for yourself along the way.
