About My Clients
I provide online counselling to clients based in Australia and internationally. Due to the Australian time zone, I am particularly well-suited for clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe who are looking for sessions outside traditional business hours. If late evening or overnight availability is the only time that works in your schedule, this difference can become an advantage. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions and relationship challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am an Australia-based counsellor supporting individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, mental load, and emotional overwhelm. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (completed in Brazil) and a Diploma of Counselling in Australia, and I am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), registration number 86599. My training has been completed through recognised institutions, and I practise in accordance with Australian professional and ethical standards. While I am not licensed in the United States, I offer online counselling internationally where appropriate and within ethical guidelines. Due to time zone differences, I am often available during late evening or overnight hours for US-based clients seeking flexible scheduling. My approach is collaborative, reflective, and practical. I integrate structured tools to help clients reduce overwhelm, strengthen relationships, and create more functional and intentional daily lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are not broken, they are often overwhelmed, carrying too much responsibility, or repeating patterns that once made sense but no longer serve them. I believe meaningful change is possible when individuals feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring their emotional and relational patterns. Growth does not require perfection; it requires awareness, responsibility, and willingness. I also believe in the importance of shared responsibility within relationships. Many of the couples and families I work with struggle with imbalance, mental load, and communication breakdowns. I see therapy as a space to restore clarity, fairness, and more functional ways of relating. Finally, I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical. Insight is important, but sustainable change often happens when understanding is paired with clear strategies and small, consistent shifts in daily life.
