About My Clients
I work best with teens and adults feeling stuck in eating disorders, self-harm, anxiety, or depression. Many are high-achieving and exhausted by cycles around food, control, and self-criticism. Part of you wants change; another part feels protective. I offer trauma-informed ACT and relational therapy to understand what these patterns have been protecting and to take steady, values-based steps forward. I collaborate with families and providers when needed.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in May 2024 before beginning my work at Norwood Behavioral Health. I have extensive experience working with individuals with eating disorders, including Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). I completed my clinical internship at the Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association and worked as a an eating disorder recovery coach for two years. My work is grounded in an anti-diet, Health at Every Size® perspective. I use an ecological framework when working with both clients and families, and I believe strongly in meeting clients where they are in their recovery process. In addition to my clinical work, I am the author of The Jots of Becoming, where I share reflections and insights into eating disorder recovery.
