You may be feeling exhausted from masking, struggling with relationships, questioning your identity, or trying to navigate a world that wasn't built for your brain. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and challenges related to ADHD, autism, and identity development, as well as those recovering from trauma.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and emotion-focused therapy to meet your unique needs. I specialize in working with those in the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent clients. I will work alongside you to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to build insight, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being different (queer, neurodivergent, oppressed, etc.) doesn't cause mental health issues. Chronic invalidation does. We will work together to explore your identity, relationships, and ways to empower you to live fully as your authentic self.
