About My Clients
Maybe you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with anxiety or burnout, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships. Whatever brings you here, you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow.
My Background and Approach
While I am an integrative therapist and adapt my approach to the needs that arise in the therapy process, my work is grounded in person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational modalities. This means I strive to create a space that feels authentic, nonjudgmental, and safe—while inviting open, curious exploration. Sometimes therapy may focus on what’s happening in the present moment; other times, it may be helpful to explore how past experiences continue to shape your thoughts, feelings, and relationships today. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a difficult transition, working through relationship challenges, or seeking deeper understanding of yourself, I bring openness, compassion, and a calm, reflective space to our work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Mental health care is a part of our holistic health needs. While our experiences and identities will vary, I see therapy as an opportunity to hold space with respect and awareness of how systems and social factors impact us individually and collectively. I work from a trauma-informed, harm reduction, and affirming care lens.
