I’m here to help you navigate your transition to parenthood with less struggle and more ease. As a perinatal therapist, I specialize in supporting new parents during pregnancy and the postpartum year. My work centers mindfulness (showing up to the present moment), values (exploring what matters most to you), and action (taking gentle steps forward). Combining my clinical training with the wisdom of your lived experience, we'll work together to help you transition to parenthood with confidence and design a life you love.

I believe that taking really good care of others (including our littles!) starts with taking really good care of ourselves. As your therapist, I trust that you are the expert of your life and will know what's best for your family. I don't pretend to have all of the answers.
