About My Clients
My clients at Ellie Mental Health are LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking a therapist who provides warmth, affirmation, and a space where their identities are honored and understood. Many are processing anxiety, relationship concerns, family dynamics, or the emotional toll of navigating a world that can be invalidating. My clients value openness, curiosity, and a deeply supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers them to explore who they are and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
Feeling stuck or struggling with a recent loss or transition? Life can feel overwhelming during times of significant change or uncertainty, but your “new normal” can also be an opportunity to “grow forward.” I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process emotions, rediscover your strengths, and create a brave new path. I use a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in empathy, grief-informed care, and strengths-based support. I'm passionate about working with individuals navigating grief and loss, end-of-life transitions, aging, life-stage shifts, relationship dynamics, and emotional overwhelm.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At my core, I believe in creating a world—and a therapy space—that is liberal in compassion, deeply inclusive, and rooted in kindness. I value equity, openness, and the belief that every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and affirmed just as they are. My personal beliefs guide my practice, helping me show up with curiosity, humility, and a genuine commitment to supporting people from all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences.
