About My Clients
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling Services in 2001 from Rider University. I’ve worked in a diverse range of settings including private practices, non-profit community agencies, hospitals, partial care, schools, and employee assistance with individuals, couples, families and children.
My Background and Approach
I have over 20 years experience as a therapist working with others just like you and can help you cope and flourish in your life. I can help you enjoy more fulfilling relationships, manage the challenges of life and feel better about yourself. I have extensive experience in assisting patients with depression, anxiety, anger, stress management, trauma, childhood trauma, relationship problems with a spouse, partners, children, friends or co-workers, as well as major life changes such as divorce or the loss of a loved one. Whatever your concerns, I will be there as your counselor, guide and ally to help you identify the steps needed to learn new coping skills, clear out unresolved past issues, feel more empowered, self-assured, and become a healthier, happier, more centered individual. Therapy can help you gain confidence and improve your life, and I am here to help.
