My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, ADHD, and significant life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, which is why I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gain insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, build effective coping skills, and develop greater self-compassion.
