About My Clients
My ideal clients are individual adults or couples who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, OCD, ADHD-related challenges, mood difficulties, insomnia, trauma, stress, or relationship struggles and want therapy that is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work well with people who are thoughtful, motivated to understand themselves, and open to learning new skills while also making space for difficult emotions.
My Background and Approach
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. I help adults better understand the patterns that keep them stuck, whether those patterns show up as anxiety, OCD, ADHD-related difficulties, depression, insomnia, trauma responses, stress, or relationship struggles. Together, we focus on what is happening now while also making sense of the deeper patterns that may be driving it. I draw from ACT, CBT, ERP, CBT-I, EFT for couples, and clinical hypnosis when appropriate, so clients leave with both insight and concrete tools they can use in daily life. My goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you build greater flexibility, self-trust, emotional resilience, and the ability to respond more effectively when life feels difficult. I am warm, direct, and practical, and I work best with clients who are curious about themselves and ready to make meaningful changes at a realistic pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of the therapy room, I am someone who values learning, depth, honesty, and thoughtful conversation. I am drawn to the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, culture, and the question of how people build lives that feel more grounded and meaningful. I care about creating a practice that is welcoming to people from different backgrounds, and belief systems. I do not expect clients to fit into one narrow definition of what a “healthy” or “successful” life should look like. I respect people who are trying to understand themselves more honestly, live with more intention, and make choices that align with their own values. I also believe that humor, humility, and curiosity matter in therapy, because growth is difficult work and it helps when the process feels human.
