About My Clients
You may look like you are holding things together, but privately feel worn down by the pressure you keep carrying. You may be functioning on the outside while feeling less steady, connected, or confident than you want to feel. Many of my clients are professionals, high achievers, executives, business owners, or couples who are not in crisis, but know something needs to shift in how they handle stress, relationships, work, or the demands of daily life.
My Approach to Helping
My style is active, practical, and grounded in meaningful change. I draw on extensive experience with high achievers and training in evidence-based strategies to help you better understand what keeps you stuck and build better ways forward. In therapy, we clarify what is happening beneath the surface, identify the patterns that keep repeating, and make changes that carry into your real life. Depending on your goals, our work may focus on managing pressure, setting stronger boundaries, communicating more clearly, reducing overthinking, navigating conflict, or making decisions with more confidence. I aim to be thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. The goal is not just to feel better during session, but to help you function better outside of it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be useful, honest, and connected to the life you are actually living. Insight matters, but insight alone is often not enough. I value helping people understand themselves more clearly and then use that understanding to make meaningful changes in how they work, relate, communicate, and respond under pressure. Outside of my clinical work, I am interested in teaching, philosophy, spirituality, nature, career development, and understanding what helps people build lives that feel more grounded and intentional.
