About My Clients
The women I work with: - Feel capable but internally anxious or disconnected - Hold a lot in even in close relationships - Overthink, second-guess, or feel a quiet pressure to keep everything together - Impacted by early emotional neglect or relational experiences that are difficult to fully name - Experienced miscarriage, infertility, or surrogacy and carrying grief that often goes unseen - Experiencing perinatal OCD and/or anxiety that feel unfamiliar and unsettling
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the deeper patterns shaping your internal world and relationships. It is not about “fixing” you or focusing only on symptoms but about creating space to understand yourself more fully, allowing you to move through your life and relationships with greater clarity, flexibility, and a stronger sense of self. For clients experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or OCD—particularly in the perinatal and postpartum period, I integrate Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy into our work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe therapy is not about becoming someone completely different, but about becoming more fully yourself. It is less about reinvention and more about uncovering the parts of you that have been buried beneath anxiety, painful relationship patterns, self-protection, grief, or the pressure to hold everything together alone.
