My Background and Approach
I am currently earning her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and practice under the supervision of Amy Wheelecor. I am trained in trauma-informed modalities, including Brainspotting, and have experience with play therapy through a Gestalt Play Therapy model. I have also received training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and incorporates yoga-informed, trauma-sensitive principles into her work. I support individuals in exploring both internal and relational conflict through a holistic, client-centered approach. My approach is grounded in humanistic, attachment-based, and relational frameworks, with an emphasis on helping clients deepen self-awareness, reconnect with their values, and cultivate meaningful change. I will integrate somatic and trauma-informed perspectives to support healing that honors both mind and body.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+, disability- and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I am committed to fostering both individual and collective healing through an inclusive, justice-oriented lens. I value authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration, and works alongside clients to nurture self-compassion, creativity, and meaningful connection. I strive to create a supportive and respectful therapeutic space where clients feel seen, honored, and empowered in their lived experience.
