About My Clients
Jenny works with adults from all walks of life who are seeking support, healing, and personal growth. Many of her clients are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, stress, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands. Others come to therapy looking for a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
Jenny's approach is rooted in humanistic, person-centered principles, recognizing that each individual is the expert of their own life. She believes therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each person's unique strengths, values, and goals. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Jenny helps clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves while building practical skills to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, Jenny works with clients to improve emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier coping strategies. She also incorporates mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help clients foster a more supportive relationship with themselves.

Jenny is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being their authentic selves and know they will be met with respect and acceptance. Jenny works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, foster self-compassion, and create lasting change. Her goal is to ensure every client feels seen, heard, valued and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
