My Background and Approach
With a strong foundation in multiculturalism, I bring a blend of therapeutic techniques such as Parts Work, Narrative therapy, EMDR, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, and Art therapy to support clients in overcoming obstacles, finding peace, and feeling empowered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know it can be really hard to reach out and to start therapy. It is even harder when we know we need to focus on ourselves. That's why it matters that you are connected with the right therapist to support you. If you can establish a strong and healing relationship with a therapist, then you will also apply what you learn to your world. When you begin to see your worth and start acknowledging parts of you that have wanted to speak or have fostered a purpose in her life. This is when you can continue to heal. It won't be easy. Therapy is a beautiful thing and so are you. You deserve to take up space and deserve to be who you want to be. Most importantly you do deserve to give yourself a chance. You do it for others so much, why not you too? I believe in authenticity and not hiding who you are from the world. You matter.
