About My Clients
My goal is to see who you truly are underneath all the pain and confusion and to assist you in seeing that as well. Therapy is an opportunity to work through the beliefs that hold one back and create new ones. I enjoy taking different approaches and draw upon modalities that fit the client's needs. I enjoy working with mind, body, and spirit connections and getting to the root of issues. I also enjoy using mindfulness and using emotional release techniques.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 7 years of experience in various roles, I work from a client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral clinical approach. I am also certified in EMDR therapy and work with individuals to help heal from trauma.

I truly enjoy getting to know others and seeing others' goodness. My style is loving, compassionate, intuitive, and inspiring. It is my desire that you leave my office recognizing your worth and experiencing life to the fullest. I love to laugh, smile, and bring that light to my practice. I am genuine, and I care.
