You have made a courageous step in seeking help. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, PTSD or a life transition, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you are worth it. There is hope for a brighter tomorrow. It is possible to lead a life full of joy, purpose and freedom. Maybe you have tried on your own to make things right and nothing has worked. You aren't failing at healing, you're finding healing and that takes time and effort.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to get to really know you and your presenting issues as well as give you coping tools that you can use out in the world. I employ CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and SFBT (Solution-focused brief therapy). My approach is person centered and eclectic. I believe the client should be at the heart of setting goals and assessing progress. After two or three sessions, you will have an idea of what better feels and looks like in your life.
