About My Clients
I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and those questioning whether they might be autistic or have ADHD. My clients often come seeking clarity about their brain, support navigating workplace or academic accommodations, deeper self-understanding, or practical tools for managing anxiety. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming: I work with how your brain operates, not against it.
My Background and Approach
Not sure if you're autistic or have ADHD? I offer private pay assessments that go beyond a yes-or-no answer. You'll walk away with deeper self-understanding, clarity about patterns you've noticed your whole life, and specific accommodation recommendations to help you thrive at work or school. In individual therapy, I primarily use ACT, DBT, and CBT. These are evidence-based approaches that help with anxiety, emotional regulation, and building a life aligned with your values. My style is practical, collaborative, and always neurodivergent-affirming.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I firmly believe that every individual possesses the inherent capacity for growth and change. At the core of my therapeutic approach is the conviction that each person holds the answers to their own questions, even if they sometimes need guidance to uncover and explore them. What I stand for: I'm passionate about equality for transgender and gender non-conforming people and actively support causes advancing LGBTQ rights. My practice is a space where all identities are affirmed and celebrated, because I believe everyone deserves care that sees and honors the full complexity of who they are. Outside of work, I decompress through crochet, a hobby that keeps my hands busy and my mind calm. I sometimes crochet for family and friends, and also donate crocheted items to local animal shelters, which lets me combine creativity with a cause I care about. Whether it's advocating for marginalized communities or making a cozy blanket for a shelter cat, I believe in showing up with intention.
