My Background and Approach
I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen and heard, and my approach is centered around fostering a warm and empathetic environment where you can feel open to go beneath the surface. I am experienced in treating body image disturbances, depression, anxiety, issues related to self-worth, and emotion dysregulation. I am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, and body image disturbances in adolescents and adults. I was fortunate to obtain my master's degree at the University of Michigan. I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp), and I am in the process of receiving my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) designation. Furthermore, I am currently in training for EMDR. Together, we uncover the roots of your struggles and make room for authentic self appreciation and awareness, nurturance of meaningful relationships, and fulfillment of your goals and purpose.
