About My Clients
I help people with anxiety, depression, chronic illness/pain, relationship difficulties, parenting and navigating life transitions. I have advanced training as a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. Through my training and experience in hospitals and clinics, I have developed a specialty supporting those coping with serious illnesses, specifically cancer and heart disease. This work has also helped me learn ways to work with the mind-body connection to improve overall wellbeing for all.
My Background and Approach
I have found mindfulness to be a strong foundation in facing life’s greatest challenges with more ease and equanimity. My personal mindfulness practice informs my work, whether it’s working one-on-one providing integrative psychotherapy, guiding meditations, teaching workshops on stress reduction, or facilitating Mindful Self-Compassion courses. Using evidence-based psychotherapeutic and mindfulness approaches, I enjoy helping people find a meaningful and satisfying way of life. Licensed in both Washington and California, I provide in-person counseling in Seattle and serve clients via tele-therapy. I truly love this work and welcome the opportunity to connect with you.
