About My Clients

I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, self-doubt, stress, and major life transitions. My ideal client comes as they are—authentic, open, and ready to grow. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping tools to create balance, confidence, and lasting emotional well-being in everyday life.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LLC), I specialize in supporting adults, adolescents, and caregivers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, women’s issues, and life transitions. I frequently work with individuals and families impacted by neurological disorders, including dementia and Alzheimer’s-related challenges, helping them feel less alone and more empowered in the caregiving journey. Drawing from CBT, I offer structured, evidence-based tools to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce distress, and build healthier coping skills in daily life. I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel respected, heard, and supported as you explore your story and practice new skills between sessions, so therapy feels both compassionate and practical. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear about your next steps, whether you are navigating a major transition, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their authentic selves. I take a collaborative approach, partnering with you to co-create goals, strategies, and insights that fit your life and values. Therapy thrives on genuine connection, so I prioritize listening deeply, honoring diverse identities (including LGBTQ+), and supporting mental health accessibility to reduce stigma around anxiety, depression, and caregiving. I believe everyone deserves compassionate care that respects their culture, experiences, and values. Outside sessions, I advocate for emotional resilience through community resources and self-compassion practices. My goal? Empower you to live more aligned with who you truly are.
