My Background and Approach
I am a Spanish speaking bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I am a mental wellness provider who believes in the importance of combining cultural, holistic, and evidenced based practices in order to assist you in overcoming mental health challenges. I sincerely believe in therapy being a space where you can find your inner glow and freedom to achieve the life you want to live. Although I have vast training and certifications in many modalities, most of my approach is of body-mind-spirit and tailored to meet your individual needs.
