About My Clients
Do you feel stuck between cultures, identities, or expectations, like you’re never fully “enough” in any space? Are trauma, shame, low self-esteem, anxiety, or people-pleasing patterns keeping you from living authentically? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I guide clients with marginalized identities heal through a mix of deep exploration, somatic work, and real tools to reclaim their voice, worth, and sense of belonging.
My Background and Approach
The tools I offer are grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive care and drawn from diverse, evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I’ve spent years (and will continue) refining these tools while working with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, identity, and relationship struggles. My goal is for you to walk away with concrete strategies you can use anytime, tools that help you regulate your nervous system, set boundaries, and feel more in control. In our work together, we’ll start with what’s showing up for you now and gently explore the deeper roots. I’m collaborative and down-to-earth, and I show up as a real person in the room. Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum, it’s shaped by your lived experiences and the systems around you. That’s why I bring cultural sensitivity and curiosity into every session. Together, we’ll build a path toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and a life that actually feels like yours.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Lebanese immigrant, I carry a deep understanding of what it means to navigate multiple identities, cultures, and systems. My work is rooted in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and a strong belief in collective liberation. I strive to create spaces where people from all backgrounds, especially those who have been marginalized, feel seen, safe, and valued. I’m passionate about decolonizing mental health and challenging the idea that there’s only one “right” way to heal. I’m committed to ongoing self-education around race, gender, sexuality, disability, and systemic harm. I believe therapy can be a radical act of reclaiming your story, reconnecting with your body, and learning to live in alignment with your values. I'm here to walk beside you, not ahead of you.
